This weekend was a lot of fun. I got up at the butt crack of dawn to go to a fabric sidewalk sale with Mom on Saturday. Then we went to the VFW for breakfast. They have excellent food, and excellent atmosphere if you like that sort of thing. If you haven't heard of the escapades to be had at the VFW you can read about them here.
Anyway, then Saturday night was a church hayride and bonfire. Also way fun.
The Sunday Mom, Kristen, and I went to see Gone with the Wind at the Gillioz. It was always a good movie, but it was so much better on a big screen. I also never thought of it as a comedy, but the audience was laughing hysterically at some of it. I always knew some of the lines were funny, but not that funny.
All in all it was a fun weekend.
